ELMHURST TOWNSHIP -- As Newswatch 16 morning meteorologist Joe Snedeker makes his way across Pennsylvania for Go Joe XVII, another, much smaller version of his ride took place in Lackawanna County.
For several years, Tom Possinger has peddled around St. Mary's Villa nursing and personal care homes in Elmhurst collecting donations for St. Joseph's Center in Scranton. Possinger called himself "Little Joe."
This year, he decided to pass the torch to resident John Moran.
Possinger wheeled Moran around the halls of St. Mary's Villa Wednesday morning for what has been dubbed the "Go Big John Ride."
