SCRANTON -- A contractor in Lackawanna County is accused stealing from several clients, all over the age of 60.
Joseph Senese, 34, of Taylor was arrested Tuesday and charged with home improvement fraud and theft by deception.
Authorities say Senese took money from eight victims but never did the work.
Investigators said he took more than $14,000 from the victims between 2011 and 2014.
He was charged with a similar crime involving one client in 2013.
The Lackawanna County district attorney's office believes there may be more victims.
