BERWICK -- Police in Columbia County say a man stabbed a woman during a domestic disturbance Saturday in Berwick.
Officers say when they arrived at the home on West Second Street, the suspect, John Flores-Rivera, 50, was fighting with another man, and the woman was lying on the floor covered in blood.
Her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Flores-Rivera was locked up in the Columbia County Prison on several assault charges.
