WILKES-BARRE -- A convicted killer, locked up in Luzerne County, will serve an additional three and a half to seven years in prison for corruption of minors.
Andre Vancliff was sentenced Monday after pleading no contest.
In February, he pleaded guilty to other charges, but later withdrew that plea.
Prosecutors accused Vancliff of having indecent contact with two children in 2012 at State Correctional Institution - Retreat in Luzerne County.
