CRESSONA — Another executive of a now closed company was sentenced on Monday for defrauding a government program in Schuylkill County.
Ernest Fink used to be chief operating officer of Schuylkill Products in Cressona.
Fink and the president of the company used a minority-owned firm in Connecticut as a front to receive $136 million worth of federally funded highway work in Pennsylvania.
The president was sentenced last month to seven years in prison for the fraud in Schuylkill County.
