COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP — Police in Monroe County filed charges Tuesday against a man they say stabbed another in the chest.
Charles Cagle of Pocono Summit was arrested Sunday.
Authorities believe he stabbed a man three times in the Stillwater Lakes development near Tobyhanna on Saturday.
The victim survived.
Cagle faces several charges including attempted homicide.
