CASS TOWNSHIP — One person was killed in an early morning fire in Schuylkill County, according to officials.
Authorities said the fire started at a double block home on South Maple Avenue in Cass Township Sunday around 2:30 a.m.
The name of the person killed in the fire has not been released, and investigators are looking for the cause of the fire near Minersville.
