DELAWARE TOWNSHIP -- State police in Pike County filed homicide charges Wednesday morning against a man who they say was drunk when he caused a deadly crash.
Johnathan Woodruff turned himself into police in Delaware Township.
Troopers say the man from Milford was driving drunk when he hit a car on Route 739 in Delaware Township near, Dingmans Ferry, in March.
A woman in that car, Patricia Edwards, 53, later died.
Investigators say they found empty bottles of an alcohol beverage in Woodruff's car.
Woodruff faces a number of charges including DUI and homicide by vehicle for that deadly wreck.
