JESSUP TOWNSHIP — An arrest has been made in a homicide early Wednesday in Susquehanna County.
State police say Paul Paci, 31, of Dallas followed Russell Fauver, 31, of Montrose to Blaisure Road in Jessup Township after a confrontation Tuesday night.
That’s where Paci assaulted Fauver, according to state police.
Someone found the victim along the road west of Montrose.
Fauver was taken to the hospital where he died from injuries.
Paci was found in Luzerne County Wednesday morning and charged with the homicide in Susquehanna County.
