DURYEA — Police in Luzerne County say they had to use a stun gun on a man who allegedly led them on a high-speed chase through Duryea early Friday morning.
Vincent Burgio, 28, of Harding faces more than two dozen charges including simple assault, and resisting arrest.
Police say they also found a heroin needle in Burgio’s car after the chase.
