CASTANEA — A former postmaster in Clinton County is accused of stealing thousands from the post office she managed.

The United States Attorney’s Office tells Newswatch 16 a plea agreement is in place and it is awaiting approval by a judge.

don’t understand how you get jail time for a DUI but stealing from a post office which is a federal offense and you get a slap on the wrist, this is not right at all

Nice going lady, you blew a job many would’ve coveted. Hopefully someone who much deserves it will take your place! A little old to be playing games!
