SCRANTON — Part of a parking garage in Scranton that was closed for more than two weeks earlier this year is closed once again.

Officials say they have closed-off a section of the Linden Street garage for what they call, “preventative maintenance.”

The garage was closed in late April after pieces of concrete started to crumble.

The Mulberry Street extension of the garage is expected to be closed through next week so crews can patch exposed rebar.
