WILLIAMSPORT — It couldn’t have been an easier arrest for officers Tuesday in Williamsport, because the guy they were after was already being detained when they arrived on scene.
Officers say Zachary Harmonosky, 22, of Williamsport robbed Choice Market on Washington Boulevard just before noon.
When he tried to get away, several people chased him and held him down until officers showed up.
Authorities say the man from Lycoming County was already on probation for theft.
