Purple is the color for Alzheimer's disease, and June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness month.
Newswatch 16's Lara Greenberg organized a fundraiser Saturday for "The Longest Day." That's a national fundraising campaign that the Alzheimer's association organizes every year on June 21, the longest day of the year.
