STROUDSBURG -- A man was charged with stabbing a fellow inmate at the Monroe County prison.
Police said Ruben Calero, 28, from New York is serving time on drug charges.
They believe he stabbed another man after a dispute inside the jail.
Calero is awaiting arraignment on additional charges.
