TUSCARORA TOWNSHIP — An arrest warrant is out for a man in Bradford County after state police say he attacked a woman with a screwdriver.
Troopers say Howard Walter, 44, from Montrose, got into an argument with a woman on Monday, while driving on Ruger Hollow Road in Tuscarora Township, outside of Towanda.
The woman was able to get out of the car and ran to a house for help.
