RIDGEBURY TOWNSHIP — A man is accused of assaulting an 11-year-old boy in Bradford County.
State police said Douglas Smith, 37, of Gillett, was taken into custody and charged with simple assault, endangering welfare of children, and harassment.
They say Smith physically assaulted an 11-year-old boy that he knew in Ridgebury Township.
According to troopers, a preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, June 18th, 2014 at 2:15p.m. in Bradford County.
