NESQUEHONING — Folks in Carbon County had the Power To Save Thursday as they recycled all kinds of electronics.

The free electronics recycling day took place Thursday at the Nesquehoning borough office.

For three hours people could drop off old telephones, TVs, computers, and even small and large appliances to be recycled.

Communities that hold electronics recycling events like this one believe that keeping all this junk out of landfills saves the environment.
