RailRiders try it again with Toledo

The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders took on the Toledo Mud Hens Tuesday night at PNC Field. Francisco Cervelli batted 2nd in Dave Miley's line-up reaching base in the 1st inning on a single to center. Cervelli was then involved in a line drive double-play where he was doubled off first base for the 2nd out of the inning. That didn't stop Kyle Roller from hitting a 3 run home-run to left in the same inning for the 3-0 lead.

The Mud Hens got on the board in the 3rd inning on a wild pitch from starter Shane Greene making it 3-1 SWB RailRiders. Outfielder Jose Pirela then with an assist on his throw home to get a Mud Hens runner at the plate-Austin Romine applying the tag. The score remained 3-1 SWB RailRiders after 4 innings.

Jordan Lennerton hit a three run home run in the 10'th inning.  Toledo wins 6-3 in ten.
