BARTONSVILLE -- Charges have been filed against three people accused of stealing more than $15,000 in merchandise from several stores, including one in Monroe County.
State police say all three suspects from New York swiped health and beauty products by putting them down their pants.
Police charged Dwayne Evans, 28, of Briarwood, NY, Michael Morrison, 26, of the Bronx, NY, and Majida Abdullah Muhammad- Eardnell, 38, of Jamica, NY.
One of the places they are accused of hitting earlier this year was Giant food store in Bartonsville.
Troopers say on eight separate occasions, they stole more than $5,000 in products from the Giant.
