PLAINS TOWNSHIP -- PennDOT had inspectors out looking at a bridge along the North Cross Valley Expressway.
Officials said the crews are trying to figure out the condition of the span over the Susquehanna River.
PennDOT said there are plans to redo the ramps along the busy stretch of roadway near Wilkes-Barre.
