The Minersville softball team hammered Halifax 12-2 in five innings to advance to Monday's semi-finals.
Emily Mealey ripped a two run 2B in the first inning. Maura Bentz added a 2 run 2B moments later.
Minersville is looking for their 8'th State Title in softball since 1980.
