PRESTON TOWNSHIP -- The owners of a summer camp for kids in Wayne County have been ordered to clean up a large pile of trash.

Inspectors went to Independent Lake Camp near Pleasant Mount after the garbage caught fire on Sunday.

DEP has ordered the owners to stop dumping trash on the property and to have the waste removed within 30 days.

Sure and after the fire DEP finally shows up. Camp Ground–just push burnt trash about some, relite it, repeat until all is burnt to nothing, then till plots and bury the ash. Good for future plants–if any future summer warm enough for gardens.
