DICKSON CITY -- Charges against a man accused of an armed robbery in Lackawanna County have been dropped.
An arrest warrant had been out for Barry Kizer of Scranton in connection with the holdup last month at Turkey Hill on Main Street in Dickson City.
Police say Ashley Evans-Panek of Dickson City who was also charged has taken responsibility for the armed robbery.
