BRADY TOWNSHIP — A man from South Carolina who pulled over on Route 15 in Lycoming County died when a tractor trailer hit him Thursday afternoon, according to state police.
Troopers said Willis Foley, 70, from Camden, SC was out of his vehicle on the road near Montgomery when the big rig hit him just after 2:30 p.m.
Troopers said charges are pending.
