St. Jude International Fest
Kick off the summer season in Mountain Top with the International Fest at St. Jude Parish. It’s held at the shady Grove off S. Mountain Blvd on May 31 and June 1: Saturday 4 p.m. – 11 p.m., and Sunday noon – 9 p.m. There’s delicious ethnic foods, international beer & wine, music, entertainment & a children’s’ walkabout to learn about other countries. Bring a can of food to help those in need.
Brandon Park Band Shell Celebrating 100 Years Old
Williamsport celebrates the 100th Birthday of the Brandon Park Band Shell. The Centennial is Sunday, June 1 starting at 6 p.m., but try to arrive early to see the horse-drawn white carriage, vendors, & scrap books. Bring your lawn chairs to enjoy the evening. Festivities include music from The Repasz Band & ice cream cones for 5 cents.
