WILKES-BARRE – Investigators in Luzerne County have filed arrest warrants for a married couple wanted after a shooting.
Court records said Tony and Terasa and Ransome likely fled to the Philadelphia area, after a shooting on Hutson Street in Wilkes-Barre on Thursday.
Authorities said the shooting victim was shot by Tony Ransom, after the victim yelled at Terasa for speeding down Hutson Street in a station wagon.
The victim, identified as Josue Vargas, is expected to recover after he was shot in the head, arm, and hand.
