Gwen Remaley from Lehighton took home several gold medals at the District 11 Track and Field Championships at East Stroudsburg South high school on Thursday May 15th, 2014. Remaley won the AAA girl's discus with a throw of 119 feet 5 inches then later in the meet set a new District 11 AAA record in the girl's shot put.

Charles Debski from Palmerton took home the AA boy's javelin title with a throw of 164 feet 6 inches.

Kareem Mohamed from Stroudsburg won the District 11 AAA title in the boy's pole vault and set a new school record by clearing 14 feet 4 inches.

Carley Gregas from North Schuylkill reached her personal best this season by clearing 5 feet 3 inches in the AA girl's high-jump and claimed gold in District 11.

Alize Graham from East Stroudsburg North leaped 22 feet 9 1/4 inches in the AAA boy's long jump to win the District 11 championship.

Maddie Frew the freshman from Pine Grove won the AA girl's 100 meter hurdles in 16.57 seconds.

Austin Shupp the Palmerton senior won the AA boy's 110 high hurdles in 14.91 seconds on Thursday. It was Shupp setting a new District 11 AA record the day before in the 300 hurdles.

Chris Bruno from Marian Catholic took 2nd place in the boy's 100 meter dash losing a close one to Cameron Richardson from Northwestern Lehigh. The winning time was 11.51 seconds to Bruno's 11.60 seconds.

Demetrius Lanier the East Stroudsburg South senior won the AAA boy's 100 meter dash in 11.03 seconds.

Gerald Pereira from Palmerton won the AA boy's 400 meter  in 50.41 seconds.

Paige Stoner from Pottsville became a two-time district champion by winning the AAA girl's 1600 meter run in 5:05.84 seconds.
