WILKES-BARRE — A school library in Wilkes-Barre is now off limits for safety reasons.
The superintendent of the Wilkes-Barre Area School District tells us the library at Coughlin High School is now closed.
He says an engineer found what’s being called a “minor issue” involving a wall and roof over the library during an inspection Wednesday morning.
Repair work is expected to start soon.
Classes and other student activates are not affected by the library closure in Wilkes-Barre.
