French Manor Mother’s Day Recipes

Crab Cake Hushpuppies
1 can Jumbo Lump Crab (wild caught)
2 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper – small diced
2-3 cups of Panko Bread Crumbs
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Form mixture into small round balls and carefully drop into hot oil. Cook until golden brown (should take no more than 1 minute). Remove and let cool. Best served warm.
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbls of finely chopped tarragon
1 whole orange
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and Pepper to taste
