SCRANTON -- Courthouse Square in Scranton was blooming Thursday with Mother's Day flowers for sale to help raise money for Penn State's Cooperative Extension.
The flowers are the work of people involved in the extension's free Master Gardeners program.
This sale will pay for that education and you can continue buying the hanging baskets and other items on Friday in downtown Scranton.
