SCRANTON — It may be a little easier to find parking in downtown Scranton now that a parking garage is open again.
The Linden Street parking garage closed last month after a piece of concrete came loose.
An engineer also found loose concrete in several more spots in the garage.
Officials say the necessary repairs were made and the garage reopened Sunday.
