Here are a few recipes to spicy up your Cinco de Mayo!

Guacamole: Hass avocados, 1/4 cup of cilantros, 1/2 limes, 2 tsp small diced jalapeños, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp garlic, 1/4 cup small-diced red onions, 1/4 cup small-diced tomatoes.

Tropical Margarita: 1.5 oz 1800 tequila reposado, 1 oz melon juice, 2 oz pineapple juice and 3/4 oz sweet & sour.

Michelada: 10 drops tapatio salsa, 3 oz clamato, 1 tsp pepper, 1.5 limes, pinch of salt, 3 drops bitter, any flavor beer and chile piquin on rim.

Salsa el molcajete: 1/2 pound of green tomatillos, 2 jalapeños diced, 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, 2 peeled Garlic cloves, 1/4 cup white onion, 1/2 lime and salt (to taste)

Nacho: 1 basket of tortillas chips, 1/2 lb. ground chicken or beef (cook with 1/4 cup: of onions, tomatoes add. 1 tsp chile power ,garlic, pepper, salt to taste), 1 cup of white shredded cheese, 1/4 cup slice jalapeños, 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup guacamole.
