TAMAQUA-- A firefighter was taken to the hospital after a fire Wednesday night in Schuylkill County.
Crews were called to Hart Metals, Inc. on Broad Street in Tamaqua around 10:15 Wednesday night. The business manufactures magnesium powder.
Authorities say the firefighter had to be taken to the hospital for breathing in fumes, but he is expected to be okay.
Part of Route 209 was shut down as crews dealt with the fire.
There is no word what caused the fire, but crews believe the business should be able to reopen sometime today.
