SHENANDOAH — Luis Ramos was arrested in New York City 6 p.m.Wednesday with the help of US Marshals, NYPD and State Police.
Ramos is the main suspect in the homicide of Wendy Contreras. She was found dead inside her home in Shenandoah on West Centre Street Tuesday afternoon.
Arrangements are being made to bring him back to Pennsylvania to face charges.
