SCRANTON --  The Children's Advocacy Center of NEPA held its 10th Annual Moonlight Walk-Run and Family Festival at Nay Aug Park Sunday.

The Family Festival kicked off around 2 p.m. and had an obstacle course, balloon, animals, face painting, and a bounce house.

There was a fun run for the little ones a little later in the afternoon.

The Moonlight Walk-Run stepped off at 6 p.m. Sunday, with some help from Newswatch 16's Sharla McBride.

Maryann Laporta of the Children's Advocacy Center said, "It's beautiful because it's a family festival, so we have community people, families, children of all ages, then we have a segment of all runners and walkers."

The Children's Advocacy Center is a non-profit organization that helps kids that have been victims of abuse or neglect.
