It was the second period on Saturday night in Game 2 of the 2014 Eastern Conference Quarterfinals between the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and the Binghamton Senators. WBS had a 3-1 lead on the scoreboard and a 1-0 advantage in this best of five series, but that all changed on a rebound shot off the back of the boards in the second period-the puck coming to the stick of Stephane Da Costa-the Senators talented center and he didn't miss the opportunity to put the puck past goalie Peter Mannino making it a one goal game.

After the 15 minute intermission between the 2nd and 3rd periods the Senators jumped on the Pens in the first :30 seconds of period #3 when Mark Stone fired one from the point past Mannino to tie the game at 3-3.

We went the rest of the way in the third and for almost 11 minutes of the overtime with no scoring. It was as 11:07 that the game winner went to Binghamton. A loose puck re-bounded out to the side of the net and from 15 feet away Stephane Da Costa ripped one over the shoulder of goalie Peter Mannino for the 4-3 OT victory.

The series shifts back to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Wednesday night for Game #3. They drop the puck at 7:05pm at the Mohegan Sun Arena. The series is tied a (1-1) and will have Game #4 on Friday night May 2nd at the Mohegan Sun Arena at 7pm.
