WOODWARD TOWNSHIP — Verdicts were handed down earlier this month in an animal neglect case in Lycoming County.

It has to do with eight underweight horses removed from a farm near Williamsport in February.

Officials say David Ramsey was found not guilty and will get his two horses back.

Jodi Fink, Ted Fink and Alexandria Johnson were all found guilty of neglect. Each was fined and ordered to hand over their horses to the SPCA.

They also can have no contact with horses for three years.

The SPCA says the horses are all doing well now and some have been adopted.
