Long time state senator Ray Musto of Luzerne County has passed away.
Musto's life ended with him facing federal corruption charges, but before that scandal broke, his life was filled with many more ups than downs.
Back in 1980 Musto ran in a special election, trying to win the congressional seat formerly held by Dan Flood.
