WILKES-BARRE — Police are searching for a robber in Wilkes-Barre.
Officers said a man held up the Turkey Hill on South Main Street around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The clerk told police the robber handed her a note that demanded money and stated he was armed. The employee gave him money, and he took off.
The clerk described the crook as 5’9,” wearing a tan sweatshirt with a green hood, khaki shorts, fingerless pink gloves, and white sneakers with florescent green shoelaces. He also had sunglasses with a white frame.
