Convenience Store Robbed Two Nights in a Row

WILKES-BARRE— A convenience store in Wilkes-Barre was robbed for the second night in a row.

Hazle Mart on Hazle Street was hit again Thursday night.

Officers say the man pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money.

The robber took off with cash and cigarettes. No word how much money the crook got away with.

Authorities say on Wednesday night a man held up the store the same way.

Police have not said if the same person is behind the two armed robberies, and have not found either suspect.
