PITTSTON — Kingston police arrested a man who they say is responsible for robbing the Honesdale National Bank in Kingston on Thursday.
Kenneth Delicati Jr., 34, of Kingston, was charged with robbery and theft Friday night at a district magistrate’s office in Pittston.
Authorities said Delicati walked into the bank located about two blocks away from his home Thursday afternoon, passed a teller a napkin with instructions to give him fives, tens and one dollar bills and fled the scene after receiving approximately 280 dollars.
Delicati was tracked by a canine unit to his home. He is currently locked up in the Luzerne County prison on $50,000 straight bail.
