LEWIS TOWNSHIP — A huge mural is going up at a school in Northumberland County.
We found teachers and students installing the mural Thursday morning outside the auditorium at Warrior Run Middle School near Turbotville.
The community helped paint the mural which features historical scenes from Watsontown, Turbotville and surrounding areas.
Folks in this part of Northumberland County can leave their mark on the mural this Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. at Warrior Run Middle School.
Organizers expect to finish it sometime next month.
