Two of the top teams in the Schuylkill League matched up today in the baseball diamond for a highly anticipated showdown. Tamaqua hosted Pottsville, with the Blue Raiders taking an early lead in the 2nd inning, but the Crimson Tide scored 4 runs in the 6th inning to go on top. Pottsville held off Tamaqua to win it, 5-4. Crimson Tide Head Coach Mike Walsh told Newswatch 16 that he was proud of his team's ability to come back, and defeat one of the toughest teams in the league.
