WILKES-BARRE -- A former broadcaster accused of theft was sentenced Wednesday to two years of probation in Luzerne County after entering a guilty plea.
Mark Thomas from Wilkes-Barre pleaded guilty to lesser charges after allegations he received more than $25,000 in unemployment compensation while he worked two jobs.
As part of his sentence the man has to pay back the money to the state.
