DURYEA — Child rape charges have been filed against a man from Monroe County already behind bars.
Michael Duane, 29, of Kunkletown is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13.
Police say the crime occurred in Duryea.
Duane is currently in the Monroe County Prison on other charges.
