WILKES-BARRE — A former state corrections officer in Luzerne County has been sentenced for having a relationship with an inmate at the state prison near Dallas.
Edward Davis was sentenced Monday morning for bringing drugs and cell phones into the state prison and for having a sexual relationship with a male inmate.
A judge ordered Davis to serve five years of probation and register under Megan’s Law.
