he put his fellow officers at risk. he should have gotten something a little more than probation when he willingly brought contraband into a prison and endangered himself and his coworkers, and possibly more people if the cell phone was used to do anything gang related outside of the prison – like murders, robberies, etc. sorry, but this is not justice!
im just confused as to why he would be on megans law? isnt that for like sexual predators? if he and the man in jail had a mutual relationship, i dont see how that is threatening to our young ones or to men/women in the surrounding areas. i suppose he was in a position of authority, but it doesnt sound like he too advantage or anyone…it sounds like the inmate took advantage of the officer if anything.

He should have gotten hard time. He did jeopardize all his fellow coworkers and what he did was a disgrace to the hard working employees who share that same uniform . Where’s the real justice ?

It’s a shame that this guy only gets probation. He puts hundreds of ppl at risk by bringing in drugs and letting other guards be at risk of getting hurt while prisoners are high. He also takes away from other people’s lives and those guards who go and search for the cell phones and drugs this scum bag decides to bring in. They should sent him to prison for years so maybe he can find another boyfriend while he is in there!!!!

SAD, HOWEVER I TRUST THE INDIVIDUAL WILL GET HIS LIFE BACK IN ORDER. NOT ALL PERFECT MEN ARE GUARDS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. BEST OF LUCK TO THIS INDIVIDUAL, IT MUST BE TOUGH ENDURING HIS APPARITIONS AND DESIRES
IT APPEARS THAT HE HAD A DESIRE FOR A MALE AS OPPOSED TO A FEMALE. UNDER THE LAW HE WAS WRONG,HOWEVER I HOPE HE WILL GET HIS LIFE ON TRACK. BEST OF LUCK
