Penn State's first year head football coach, James Franklin, has been open about his team's struggles and obstacles throughout the spring. The program is only halfway through the four-year period of severe NCAA sanctions, and the team's deficiencies are vast. From a thin offensive line, to not a lot of depth in the receiving core, and numerous young faces at linebacker. Franklin undoubtedly has his hands full.
