SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP -- Prosecutors in Monroe County presented evidence Wednesday against the man who created the Singing Boys of Pennsylvania choir. He was arrested last month and charged with raping a teenage boy in the 1990s.

A district judge in Monroe County ruled that there is enough evidence that Schade raped a teenage boy in the 1990s
The case is moving onto trial.
"Christ has died, Christ has risen, Christ will come again," Schade said on his way into court.
The boys' choir director wouldn't say anything else.
Kenneth Bernard Schade, known as Bernie, is charged with allegedly raping a teenage boy back in the 1990s.
"Ridiculous, innocent until proven guilty, innocent until proven guilty."
Dorian Toth was in the boys' choir in the 80s and says his music career and success is all thanks to Schade.
"Never once did I see him raise a hand to anybody nor especially sexually abuse anybody. These accusations are false, the guy is innocent."
The alleged victim took the stand and painted a very different picture. The man now in his 30s claimed he was forced to sleep over at Schade's house when he was about 14 or 15 years old.
Schade told him to take off his clothes and then have sex with him. The victim said he did it because Schade scared him.
He testified the director was "verbally abusive, physically abusive. He (Schade) just had this essence, this aura of violence."
Prosecutors also say child porn was found inside Schade's home and that more charges may be filed.
Authorities say they're also still a chance there's more victims.
"I would encourage anybody who has been a victim or has information relating to any victims to come forward and contact the Pennsylvania State Police," said Monroe County Assistant District Attorney Michael Rakaczewski.
Schade's former choir boys say this man is more worried about how his concerts will go on rather than how much time he may spend in jail.
Schade remains locked up in Monore County with bail set at $250,000.
